Sorry, I didn't log on for quite a while.  We have a new technical report
called "A numerical investigation of ellipsoid algorithms for large-scale
linear programming".  The simplest thing is to send you a copy, if you can
tell me your postal address.  My program is rather large since it was
designed for large problems -- I suggest you defer interest in this till
you get the report.

Jean-Louis Goffin seems to be applying Khachiyan's method to some nonlinear
problems with special structure.  There is a reference in our report.
